NorthSide is one of Denmark's most established music festivals, with a strong reputation for sustainability and curation. DTD Group operates the festival's Sideshow Stage — a busy programme of supporting and emerging acts running alongside the main stages.
I joined the 2025 edition as Artist Liaison for the Sideshow Stage, responsible for the on-the-ground coordination of artist logistics across the three-day festival.
Logistics, scheduling & welfare for 300+ artists
Across the festival run, I coordinated arrivals, set times, technical handoffs, dressing-room allocation, hospitality, and departures for the full Sideshow programme — keeping the schedule on track while remaining the single point of contact each artist could reach for anything they needed.
- Owned the artist run-sheet for the Sideshow Stage and managed live adjustments throughout each day
- Interfaced between artists, tour managers, stage crew, security, and festival production
- Resolved on-the-spot issues — equipment, transport, timing, dietary, accommodation — without escalating to production unless necessary
- Worked across languages and cultures with international acts and their teams
